Hi,

I have spent some time browsing the forums and support pages but have been unable to come up with a definitive answer to whether it is possible to deploy handset device software updates wirelessly.  We are running BES 4.1.6.14, with only pearls and curves varying in current device software from 4.2.1.103 to 4.5.0.55.

Sorry of this is a repeatedly asked question but it seems to be difficult to find documentation or posts that give definitve answer.  I am ideally looking for document detailing the requirements and process to implement these upgrades.

Unless device os is at least 4.5 wireless upgrade will not work. That beats the point in lots of cases... As a starting point I'd read this and contact my wireless provider as they are the ones providing it for your users:

The storm can have its OS updated OTA.

It is the only one avail at this time.
