I have two users who now only have their last 2 days of emails on his BB.. Every other users BBs are fine. Is there a setting on the blackberry I am missing? Is there a max emails in the inbox before this kind of behaviour starts.. I have checked the setting for keeping x days emails is set much higher than 30 days. They have not been newly activated, so I dont believe that this has been caused by a dodgy activation
They are both using different BBs, they are connecting via BES. As said though, other user are not affected.

are the emails still in users inbox?
when you set to 30 days, the older messages do not get this setting applied only to the new ones
