hello,

we have recently upgraded to blackberry bold 9000 and migrated some of these users to Exchange 2007.

Since the migration the calander sync works from the outlook client to the blackberry but not from the blackberry to the outlook client wirelessly. The users still on exchange 2003 have no issues syncing the calandars.

Is there an updated BES or something we need to do to get this working on Exchange 07 ? 

BES VERSION :  4.1.4.26
(not installed on the same box as the exchange servers)

if you use OWA, if you makes the changes to the BB, does it reflect in OWA? sounds like an exchange based issue though

OWA is not enabled on Exchange 07.

Your saying you do not have OWA set up in exchange 2007? thats ok, I just figured its a pretty good troubleshooting step. If you dont have it set up that doesn't really work ;p

Also make sure that the BESadmin account  has the correct permissions

BBinmyhart : Installed that pacth on the BES. Still having the issue.
Need to go through the second KB article.

That is not a patch but rather pre-requisites (Replacement for Systems Manger for exchange 2003) before BES install. So if it wasn't there before then I'd reinstall BES and should work. Since you missied this I assume you did not go through installation guide carefully. You may find some other things too.

Well the BES has not been reinstalled for a long time. Was installed by someone in my position before me.
We have only had this issue for the users who have migrated to 2007.

I imagine as it was all working correctly before the users were migrated that the correct installation methods were undertaken, however due the 07 migration, do you recomend reinstalling the BES ?
