Is there native Blackberry support for viewing my PST file on my BB without using the Desktop software or is this only possible with third party solutions?
I keep my PST files on a shared network drive, not on local hard drives.
What I am seeking is the ability to see my PST when I choose View Folder of File when in a message. The BES would be able to see the server and drive the PST's are on if that helps.
For the life of me I just cant figure out how to do this, so any help would be appreciated even if its a politely pointing me to a manual

BES cant access PST files directly.

PST = not in server mailbox. BES can only access what is on the server.

Ok, so I use PSTs on my work laptop. I use Outlook 2007, and when I place an email into a PST folder it doesn't clear it from my BlackBerry Curve's inbox. My old *shudder* Blackjack used to do this. Is there something I can do for this to happen, or will I need to get with our IT guys to enable Hard Deletes? If they do enable Hard Deletes, what risks are associated with it? Lastly, if I were to delete an email out of the inbox on my BB, would it delete the email in Outlook if its moved to a PST? (I wouldn't think so, but thought I'd double check to be sure)
Thanks in advance!

I also have Outlook and have rules that move email from my Inbox to a PST file. The blackberry still shows them even though they are no longer in Exchange. If the rule moves them to another folder within Exchange they are removed from my blackberry and if the rule deletes them they are removed from the blackberry. What do I need to do to remove emails from my blackberry that are no longer in Exchange? The Hard Delete that is refered to is this something with the Blackbery server or the Exchange server; I have never heard of it?

This will explain a lot about reconcile and hard deletes
KB04863 - Permanent deletion of email messages in Microsoft Outlook does not reconcile to the BlackB...
link in above KB in case you missed it
KB04853 - How to enable hard deletes on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server
I have also changed the messages state size to 1000 and it cured 99% of our issues.
The performance hit and RAM increase is almost nil on the BES box.
On Device also double check:
Make sure that Wireless Reconcile is set to On. Sometimes toggling that to off, saving it, then turning it back on.
Messages Options - Email reconciliation -
Delete on Mailbox and handheld,
wireless reconcile = Yes
On conflicts = Mailbox wins.
If still not working and you moved a user mailbox.
Is the user over quota?
