Can now send but not receive emails

After upgrading to 4.1.6 for groupwise we can send mail from our BBs but not receive them?

We're going to need a little bit more information.

 

What version did you upgrade from?

 

What Post Office version?

 

What version of the client do you have installed on the BES?

 

Are you using SOAP or OAPI?

From 4.0.3

We have upgraded to goupwise 8

client is 8

I installed it to use soap

Go to OPTIONS> ADVANCED OPTIONS > APPLICATIONS > HOST ROUTING TABLE > then press the Menu (BlackBerry) Button > REGISTER NOW.

I have done that.

I have even deleted the user, nuked the BB, set the user on a different BB and they still can not receive mail.

They can send mail.

I have gone into the the options/mobile network and ran a diagnostic on the BB.

It shows the email address correctly then it shows "connected to (the email address): no

 

the other BB show connected: yes

You might have a dataplan issue.
