Dear all , my AD account was deleted accidentally, and I retrieved it from the manual restore method as the microsoft KB!! So I created the mailbox and linked it to the AD account!! But when I tried to configure or activate the BES account , always giving me an error. I tried to activate another account on the same device, it is working fine . So please can anyone advice . Thanks a lot

Thank you for your reply, but the issue is that it is working fine for all the users and for new activations, but just for this user only as per the issue that I mentioned before.
