Cant Recieve Email

i have a blackberry pearl 8100 series and i cant recieve emails. ive sent them to other emails and they recieve them but when they try to send them back it says invalid address.

 

i got the activation message and the register message. i checked my firewall settings and my filters can somebody PLEASE help me?

 

 

its very fustrating because i use my email alot :-/

Are you using BES? This section is for BES enquiries, if so, please advise BES version, mail platform version, how many users are affected. Some basic information may help.

Do you mean the etp.dat email is in your mailbox?

 

If so then there is a permission issue on your mail box and the BES cant get it.
