Domino 6.5.1
BES 4.1.4
Device 8100
Appears only one user. He receives all but certain emails on his device. All mails go to his Domino mail box. I've looked over the MAGT* log file and there are no errors for the user.Mail Document properties seem to point that the emal is just text based.
No Rule filters o mail file or device.
Is there a way to trace a specific email? Or to marry up BES delivery of email X to email X in mail box?

Thanks. I can now at least prove thanks to the NotesID and AGT Status that the mail was delivered to the handset. Now to work out what the user did with that mail. Do the handsets themselves carry a 'handset' log. I'd like to go yes, you did this to the message.
