Wonder if someone could assist as this problem we are having has been ongoing since the end of last year.
We have a user with a Curve 8520 (on BES) that is attempting to access the address book on their device via the bluetooth system in their BMW X5. When they have the device UNLOCKED the BMW bluetooth system connects to the address book instantly but if the device is LOCKED the system continually tries to connect and basically never does connect.
We have checked the IT Policy and have tried a few work arounds which do not seem to have worked, these are mentioned below:
Bluetooth - Disable Address Book Transfer - "No"
Bluetooth - Require Encryption - "No"
Security - Content Protection of Contact List - "Allowed"
If someone could please assit I would be eternally grateful, so I can get this off my **bleep** call list!!!
