Hi All -

  I have a couple of users on my system that don't receive email on their devices. I traced through the log file and found a line in the DISP log that reads :

[30109] (10/28 11:26:50.706):{0xD8C} {Persons Name} TRANSACTION_ERROR_COMMAND, Tag=801530, ReferenceTag=-922278706, Error=48 (DG encrypted with wrong key.)

  I've tried removing the battery, re-registering the HRT, re-sending service books, wiping handheld, removing and readding user to server, but the problem seems persistent. Has anybody seen this or knows what to do?

If anyone else ever gets this, I discovered that it occurs when you connect a handheld to the BlackBerry Desktop Software (4.3 is the only version it seems to occur on that I know of). Using the Enterprise Server to re-send the service books resolves it until it is connected again.
