Default IT Policy and Phone Sync Settings

IT Policy Question:  Can you set the policy to push out the 2 way sync settings for the phone?  The storms we're using are defaulting to just the hand held for the email sync process.  I've gone through and made sure everything was set as bidirectional on the BES Server, but I can't seem to find the right setting to set it on the phone itself, via the server.  I found the setting in the phone, but I'd really like to limit what settings we need to remember to set while we hand these out for the first time.

Is it in the IT policy somewhere?  The setting I'm looking for is to make sure that if you delete in 1 place, it deletes in the other.  (IE:  Delete email on phone, and email is deleted in outlook, and vice versa)
