Hello,
Environment: Exchange 2010 and BESx 5.0.3 MR1, user BB 9900 with latest firmware.
I have a sync issue with one of our user.
The phone will not reconcile Deletions from the desktop to the handheld. Everything else reconciles properly (read/unread, folder move, and deletion from the handheld will also delete from Outlook). However, user deletes an email in Outlook on his laptop it will NOT delete on the Blackberry.
The reconcile settings on his blackberry and it is set to Delete removes from both devices (laptop and handheld) and that if any conflicts, the Desktop wins.
Please advised.

This will explain a lot about reconcile and hard deletes
KB04863 - Permanent deletion of email messages in Microsoft Outlook does not reconcile to the BlackB...
link in above KB in case you missed it
KB04853 - How to enable hard deletes on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server
I have also changed the messages state size to 1000 and it cured 99% of our issues.
The performance hit and RAM increase is almost nil on the BES box.
On Device also double check:
Make sure that Wireless Reconcile is set to On. Sometimes toggling that to off, saving it, then turning it back on.
Messages Options - Email reconciliation -
Delete on Mailbox and handheld,
wireless reconcile = Yes
On conflicts = Mailbox wins.
If still not working and you moved a user mailbox.

Tasks for answer.
My current setting for messages state database size (number of messages per user) is 100.
You think if I increase it to maximum 1000 it will help?

Thank you Knottyrope very match.
Change "Hard deletes reconciliation" setting to True and set up Message state database size to 1000 and restart Blackberry Dispatcher, - Solved the problem.
Thank you
