Device synchronizing with server when deleting items

Hi,

One of the BlackBerry users at my work wants his device to update with his Outlook on his PC when he deletes an email off his BlackBerry. What is the setting I need to enable to do this? I have his IT Policy the same as everyone elses, and as far as I'm aware they already have this feature. Is there something on the device I have to enable as well?

I have checked his PIM Sync properties, all syncrhonization types (except for certificate) are set to bidirectional. However, I noticed all conflict resolutions are set to 'Server Wins'.

Can anyone assist here please? Thankyou heaps for your help :smileyhappy:

Re: Device synchronizing with server when deleting items

Hello Cambo,

I would recommend checking the BlackBerry smartphone for the following

Please click on

 - Messages on home screen

 - Under Messages - Options

 - Under Options - Email Reconciliation

 - Under Email Reconciliation - Delete on

 - Ensure this is listed for "Mailbox & Handheld"

Currently this is a user based option which can be set from BlackBerry smartphone.

Please feel free to update the thread if this answers your questions, or with follow up questions.
