ATT has devices without CORP BES plan (with Personal Plan, unlimited data). If I get a device with this personal plan, will this impact activating with  a corp. BES server to access CORP apps & email.

If the device is not provisioned for BlackBerry Enterprise Data Service, you will not be able to activate it against a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES).    The AT&T Prosumer data plans will work fine for BlackBerry Internet Service, but will not work with a BES.

This stands for all other carriers too.  Some carriers may still only have a single BlackBerry data plan (which would be an Enterprise data plan), but all that I know of now have BIS and BES offerings, where the BES offering includes all BIS services.
