Hi,
The scenario is such as, a client has 2 differrent domains with 2 different active directories pointing towards the same exchange server. Can I install 1 BES server for this setup or 2 BES servers are required ???
Appreciate your expert advise.
Thanks.

BES 5.0 supports an Exchange Resource Forest configuration.
Good article on Exchange resource forest config

Multiple AD forests should be ok as long as
1) There is a two way trust between them
2) They are all within the same Exchange organization
Once all consolidated only one service account is needed but you would be better off with 1 for each domain even if it means paying for Exchange/User CALs for them. If the exchange server that has the service account goes down then any of the other servers using it will not work as well if using a BES server for each domain.

Thanks for sharing the information. Would really appreciate if you can elaborate about how does the 2-way trust take place.
