Hi,
I've got a problem which i've seen a lot of posts about, but not many solutions.
One user on the BES does not get an e-mail on their blackberry when an invite is sent via Outlook. The message appears in outlook, but not on the handset. If I disable calendar wireless reconcile, the messages come through, but without the option to accept or decline. I have tried all sorts of things, including checking the HomeMTA setting, to no avail. Does anyone have a fix?
BES Server: 4.1.9, running on server 2003 box. Exchange is on a seperate SBS 2003 server, handset is a curve 9300.
THanks

BES 4.1.9?
does the user have delagates?
What version CDO.DLL is installed on BES?
I would reset the calendar and try again

The cdo.dll is the same on both servers, haven't checked delegation, does this make a difference?
I'll try the calendar reset, but I've already done several wipes/resets and re-initialises so far...

I have managed to get onto the user's Outlook, and there are no rules, and no delegates.
I'm tearing my hair out with this, does anyone have a fix? Do blackberry provide telephone support, or do you have to pay for it?
