Two issues with my BES and Blackberry 8520:
When I delete a message off my desktop on Outlook 2007, it deletes off my handhled about 90% of the time. Occasionally, there are about 5 messages a day that do not delete and they linger in my inbox on my handheld. I have checked the settings on my B-Berry 8520, and email options are set to Delete on: Mailbox and Handheld, Wireless Reconcile is On, and The Mailbox wins on conflict.
Called by Tmobile and company that hosts the BES server for me and they don't know why this is happening. Any have any ideas here?
Second issue, when I send from my desktop on outlook, the emails show up in my inbox on my handheld as sent messages? This happens sporatically throughout the day. Not all sents do this, but occasionally they show up for like a fifteen minute period of emailing from the desktop. I don't want the sent messages from outlook to show up in my inbox on my handheld.
Can anyone help with these two issues? Thank you in advance.

This will explain a lot about reconcile and hard deletes
KB04863 - Permanent deletion of email messages in Microsoft Outlook does not reconcile to the BlackB...
link in above KB in case you missed it
KB04853 - How to enable hard deletes on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server
I have also changed the messages state size to 1000 and it cured 99% of our issues.
The performance hit and RAM increase is almost nil on the BES box.
On Device also double check:
Make sure that Wireless Reconcile is set to On. Sometimes toggling that to off, saving it, then turning it back on.
Messages Options - Email reconciliation -
Delete on Mailbox and handheld,
wireless reconcile = Yes
On conflicts = Mailbox wins.

Thank you so much for this note. I read through this info and am trying to find the blackberry manager? Is this on the handheld phone? I am not sure what version of the BES I have....I have an account through GoDaddy where they host for a monthly fee. Where would i find this Blackberry Manager? Sorry for the "elementary level" questions here.....thanks in advance.
If using BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1, complete the following steps:
