On my primary office account, emails are vanishing from both sent and received files after about 2 days. My office uses the enterprise server. My gmail and yahoo accounts are not affected.

If your BES emails are only affected by this problem then check with your company's BES admin.
In BlackBerry device there is configuration under Messages -> Options -> General Option -> Keep Messages : 15 days/30 days/ 1 month /2 months etc. If these options are set then all of your email will be affected. But I guess your case is different. BES admin should be your first touch point.

How is mail client configured and its version?
