We use ours for email and thats it, no Internet no addtional apps. I cannot fault the security aspect. Having the ability to wipe a handheld remotly is just great. My user needs the contents of his folders and BES\BlackBerry cannot provide. Unfortuanlty the user is King and don't care for the other elements.
Just tried to folder/pst yes doesn't work. Dowloaded the latest Desktop Manager but assume this ain't going to work either. There must be away of making an email push to the device. What is the flag as such tells the BES to push the mail? If I knew that I could raise it back on all his emails

Hi,
The only way is to get the Old BB and back it up using the DTM.
The plug the new handset in and restore the messages folder to it.
You Could try the following, but Ive never tried it, its just a suggestion:
Backup the new Handstefirst as we are going to be harsh with it!
- Delete the New BB
- Delete the user from the BES
- Add the user to the BES.
- Using Blackberry Manager, under Service Access, Select Choose Folders for Redirection and select the folders.
- Then activate the new BB. Prepopulation (with the BES prepopulation set to max) will allow the mailbox and folders to resync but you wont get ALL the emails, only the limit in prepopulation.
At least thats what RIM say in KB13375

Just to wrap this up these are the steps I took to resolve:
Extracting the old/historical email:
Setting up the new device:
So far so good. All historical email is now on the BB device and folder redirection is happening.
Thank you all for your help
