Hi,
I'm having a strange problem with one of the 9900's I support and am hoping to avoid a wipe/reload of the device. We recently changed providers and they gave us all new phones - the user is question is using the same model BB (9900), it's just a different phone on a differnet network. Ever since the move most of her emails seem to disapear from the BB after about 6-12 hours. The emails remian in her outlook so she's not loosing anything - it's just a pain and of course it's the co-president of the company. Her sent items are there, her saved messages are there, but email that's sent to her is missing. To make things more confusing it's not all the email that disapears - seems to be about 95% of goes missing but a few remain. Memory is fine on the device, I tried changing a few of the mesage display options but still no luck. Has anyone seen anything like this before?
Her BB is on a BES and the exchange is 2010.
Thanks,
Dan

She may have someone who monitors her calendar but that's it, Yes - she is just using outlook and BB. Maybe outlook webmail from time to time.
Thanks,
Dan
