Enterprise Activation issue - service provider problem?

I have just subscribed to a BlackBerry plan from Orange Romania.

The problem is when i try Enterprise Activation. Admins from my company gave me a password and using my e-mail address but is stil retrying. IT people asked me if i activated this terminal with my provider. When i called  Orange Romania they've tolled me that in order to access this i must buy a license for BlackBerry Enterprise Server. The problem is that the company i work for is located in Austria and they have this already, i can't buy a server license and send them from Romania.

I feel like someone dose not share with me all the info. Is it possible for me to use my secure company e-mail address on my  Blackberry if the mother company and IT servers are located in Austria and i am in Romania?

My IT from austria asked me this:

"Do you have the Blackberry Enterprise Service bound on your phone number? This is necessary for the synchronisation. Maybe you have only the personal service activated, then you have to change your service to Enterprise."

and people at Orange Romania support explained that i have Blackberry service in my plan but in order an Enterprsie Activation i should buy a licence for a BlackBerry Enterprise Server. But the problem is that in Romania we don't have a server to install this software with licence and the one in Austria already has a licence.

Please advice

Thank you in advance

Re: Enterprise Activation issue - service provider problem?

BES does not care where you are, a license is in a pool and not attached to a user.

Only thing is after you are added to BES and you get the EA email your phone needs to have a BES data plan(NOT A BIS PLAN) and it usually costs more.

Re: Enterprise Activation issue - service provider problem?

Spoke again with Orange Romania and it seems to be a problem from them becasue i've signed for BES plan and i am paying for BES subscription (i checked my invoice) they only activated BIS plan for my SIM card.

I'll post here if problem solved.

Thank you for reply, this made me to have a serious talk with them.
