I changed my phone service from business to personal. I kept the same data service. My blackberry would not send or receive emails. I logged into my server under BPSAdmin and turned off the router and dispatching under services. I waited for over 2 hrs and then tried to log in and turn the back on. I was able to log in to the program but got this error message. I search the knowledge based and right clicked on the service and under log on added administrator to the names that could log on. Still go the same response. Please advise on correction.

That worked great. i was able to turn on the both the router and dispatching. I am still not getting stuff sent to my blackberry. Should I reboot the server or any other suggestions at this point?

Att is making the adjustment, good catch. I guess it will be necessary to shut down BB router and dispatcher for 2 hrs and then turn back on to work?
