Hi

i have problem while deploy upgraded handset software. please see the attachment on BES server.

Status Check Time: 4/8/2008 8:06:20 PM

Configruration Status: Ok

System Status: Up to date

Software Upgradeable: False

error is this i got software Upgradeable is false how can i set to true. and on the device when i go wirless upgrade it say your BES administrator has disable this how can i enable that.

It's an option within the IT Policy from the BES Server.

This line is not really used right now, its just for information.

It will be used with OTASL with BES 4.1. SP5. (slated anyway)

but in which filed of IT Policy i can changed that i am using BES 4.1.4 for exchnage.

What software are you trying to update wirelessly?  Is this an application or the BlackBerry Device software?

yes i am install blackberry 8100 software on the BES server and configure in software configuration to depoly software on the handset wirelessly but i gives me error in massage field

Wireless handset updating is not possible...However, the forthcoming 4.1.5 will allow this so I would suggest hanging on till it comes out.
