One of our users cannot sync her Exchange calendar from the BES. If you invite this user to a meeting it shows up in the Calendar on the BB immediately, is visible for some time and then it disappears. The BB is set to keep all calendar entries "Forever." We have not determined exactly when these entries disappear, but they always do.
The institution that I work at is in the process of changing its default email address format from lastname "-" FirstInitial To FirstName "." LastName. This user had already had this setting changed. We reset it to the old format. (This is the address the BES uses). Within an hour the calendar was completely repopulated (All old and new appointments). We assumed we had found the problem, but this morning all calendar entries were gone. We checked the default email in the AD and it was still on the old setting.
Email and Contacts are working fine. Obviously, The BES is talking to the Calendar on the BB, but it seems to not see the existing Calendar entries when it re-syncs so it removes them.
Any suggestions or ideas as to how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for looking at this problem and for the suggestions. I'm not sure that this is an issue for the server setup. There are over 140 users at this site and this issue only exists with 1 user. I did find some information in the KB4950 article on resetting the calendar. There is a big snowstorm today and the BB with this issue is snowed in at home, so I won't be able to try anything until Monday. I will keep you up to date.
Thank you again for your assistance.
