Hi,
We have a new BES and have setup blackberry's. I have found out that before I started this company we use to have a BES server that also had 20 licenses on. The old server does not exsit anymore so I'm unable to extract the lienceses. How do I go about getting my old licnences back? Do I need to contact RIM? and if I do how?
Mark

If you have an old copy of the database, you can get the key from that.
If the original server was purchased from RIM, you should be able to contact the Sales dept. to get a copy of it. If it was purchased from a reseller, you would likely have to go back to them.

Unfortnatly I don't have the old database
The server is long gone.. Do you recon RIM will have a record of details? If so what number is best to contact them on? I'm based in the UK

As far as I know, RIM only has records for servers that were purchased directly from RIM. If the server/licenses were purchased from a reseller, you would have to contact them. I suppose it couldn't hurt to try contacting RIM
