Hi masterphoenix,
Have you been able to solve this?
I've got the same issue... only, that I just have one Exchange and BES Organization.
And unavailable data is displayed for my user; I can see others free/busy data.
Any help appreciated!

Do you have public folders enabled?

Any errors in teh BES logs?

default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs

Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue

Please post back the log info minus personal info

to isolate an affected user on a static messaging agent , then look for the MAGT log for that agent (while trying to send/receive messages). The format you'll be looking for is:

BESName_MAGT_##_yyyymmdd_####.txt

Where the first pair of digits are the Agent ID you set.

UserA and UserB are on 2010.
testuser is on 2003.

are both BES using the same BESAdmin account? is BESAdmin mailbox on the 2010 server?

I am thinking there is an issue with the BES on 2003

What version CDO.DLL is installed on BES?

Hi knotty,
Issue has been solved yesterday.
It wasn't the CDO.dll, but the impersonation permissions. :-/
Customer is running Exchange 2010 himself and forgot to run the following cmdlet:
New-ManagementRoleAssignment -Name "BES Admin EWS" -Role ApplicationImpersonation -User "BESAdmin"
