Hi,

       I am trying to obtain statistic like "pending data" from the BES server.

       I understand that this can be done using the BRK (resource kit). The BRK has 2 components: client service and admin client. Basically, the admin client will communicate with the client service which will then communicates with the BES server. In addition, the client service needs SQL database to install.

       My question is "Is it supposed to be that complicated?". I appreciate if someone can confirm if I am on the right path. Hopefully, there is a better solution. Thanks.

If you are running BES 4.1 you can bring up the Legacy Management Console, right click your server and choose "Export List". To gather more data from the usual managment console, select your users, right click and choose "Export Asset Summary Data". From those two exports I can get most of the data I need on the BES users.

For BES 5.0, sorry no experience there (yet).
