can anyone tell me why when i enter a contact on a blackberry that is syncing with groupwise novell address the phone number changes to match what is in groupwise. can this be modified somewhere. the problem is in the novell address book phone numbers are listed with 5 digits, because internally thats what you can dial, but on the phone of course you 7 digits. can this be changed? or do we just have to deal with it?
