We have install in our data centre a server with windows 2003 server with active directory in the same server I have install Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.- We have other Server with WIndows 2003 server join to the first domain server we have install in this server BES Server of Blackberry platform.
All our user have Blackberry 8310 curve and the blackberry services work fine they can receive and send email.- We had the last week one of user that she work out of the domain controller, we configure with the domain and we change her user password.- The next day she has problem with her blackberry 8310 curve, she can see the email store into the folder down Inbox on her blackberry 8310 but if she go to Microsoft outlook she can see the store information in the folder that is down of Inbox.
I go to Microsoft Outlook and I create a new folder in her computer and after I put a new email and in her blackberry I execute reconcile option for sync the mobile With the MS outlook and she retrieve the new folder and the information store inside of the new folder, but she can not retrieve the information of the other folder that exist in Inbox and she have information of 15 days before.
How can do for correct this problem on her blackberry mobile 8310 curve and she can see the oldest email that she have store in her folder down inbox.
