How do I Assign a new Blackberry Device to an Existing BES User

Ihave a user that has a upgraded to a new BlackBerry and am trying to figure out how to assign the new device to his user profile in the BES Administration. Can I do this without removing and recreating the user account?

1) Make sure the device has a proper BlackBerry Enterprise data plan

2) Launch the BlackBerry Manager and set an Enterprise Activation password

3) Perform an Enterprise Activation on the new device

The old device will be "disconnected" as the new device activates.

No need to remove / re-add user.
