I have enterprise account and also activated.
I can receive email very fast and email goes to my blackberry desktop folder.
I can also delete email fm desktop folder.
However, I cannot reply, forward, create new email when I send using desktop.
it will show X
can anyone help?

Resend your services book to your device, or wipe and reactivate it.
Should clear up your issues. If you are feeling really fancy, resart all your BES services before doing so just to be sfe, but probably unneccessary.
