I manage a BES server v4.1.4.12 and I have two users with 8330's. All of a sudden they cannot send emails, but they can receive. The other users on the server are fine they are using 8830's and 9530's.
I have pushed out service books to the two users. I have had them pull their battery for 5 minutes and restart the hand held. I have had them update their Host Routing Tables. I have done a complete shut down of all of the BES services and a restart.
Both users have Verizon as their carrier. I am trying to get their account numbers and other details so I can talk to Verizon. In the mean time does any one have any other suggestions?
Thank you.

A useful tip for diagnosing sending issues is to determine what error the users see when they attempt to send. If they get a red 'X' on the sent item, open that message and scroll up. You will see a message status field. Here are some typical errors:
"Desktop email program unable to submit message"
"Message included an invalid address"
"Unlisted message error"
Each of these will have different resolutions, so the first step would be to determine what the error is.
