These 2 users can get Internet access and the reset of the local users are receiving email.

Could this be a carrier problem or Blackberry Server issue?

They are able to make calls as well.

Sounds like a carrier problem.

Might need to check that they have access setup for the blackberry.net apn outside of the USA.

Having said that... I'm in europe and talking GSM so not sure if it is different over there for you guys.

have them pull the battery to reset the device.  what coverage indicator are they receiving?  Can you send them a PIN message?

Well they are in the USA and just traveled to another state.

If I call the Cell carrier (at&t) and tell them I am not receiving emails from the blackberry server, they should be able to fix it right.

Not tell me the problem is my server.

Sorry I miss read thought that said States not State :-)

If you can send a PIN mesage to them then that is a good indication there is nothing wrong with the carrier or RIM infrastructure.

Thus it is your BES / mail server.

Ok I will have them pull the battery. what coverage indicator? the bars or the network name next to the bars. My phone says EDGE.

I just sent a PIN messages from the BES. I will know in 5 -10 mins.

They did get the PIN message after I rebooted the server. I will try an email now to see if that works.
