All users failed to start in BAS and unable to send and receive emails. ping response is fine but IEMS Test shows the following result .
Network problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.
MAPIMailbox::MAPIMailbox.OpenMsgStore(0x800411d) failed, MailboxDN=/o=xxxx/xx

check magt logs?
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue
Please post back the log info minus personal info
