can remember how many times i have said it now, after a quick search About 459 or so.

 

 

It is a BESAdmin rite of passage to go through the gauntlet of correcting the right BES data plan with your carrier.

Its not a fun thing to deal with but a BlackBerry dataplan is not a generic one.
