IT Policy to Black Outgoing call, 411 numbers, or specific numbers

HI all, I would like to set an itpolicy to restrict outgoing call for specific numbers and for exemple the 411 services. Where is the policy cause it's supposed to be a new features.

Nah, it was this policy : Restrict Outgoing Cellular Calls IT policy rule

But another question about this, is it possible to set for exemple : 4  numbers that can only REACH and be REACHABLE.

 

I mean : exemple 4 numbers can only call to a blackberry  and they can only call the same list of numbers
