We're starting to have an issue that began 2 weeks ago where the user's incoming email will stop showing up on the BB but sent email from either the BB or from Oulook on the desktop still shows up on the BB. So far the solution has been to re-issue enterprise activation but we'd like to find out what the root cause is. We've had three with this problem so far. Two 8330 curves and one 8830 world edition. The software versions are as follows
BB 8330 Curve
v18.104.22.168 (Platform 22.214.171.124)
BB 8830 World Edition
v126.96.36.199 (Platform 188.8.131.52)
I've searched but couldn't find this problem anywhere on the forums. Any suggestions?

Have you combed over the BES logs?
Open the BlackBerry Server Configuration application in the start menu and you should see a logging tab. It'll point you to where the logs are kept.
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Do you know the amount of free memory on the device when it happens?
