Input Simulation option that is set to Deny

Under Options,Advanced Options,applications,App name,Edit Permissions,Interactions, there is an Input Simulation option that is set to Deny by default. I need to change this to allow however there is no other option for my application (autostandby) I have downloaded and installed. I was told by the vendor that it is because of the security policy on the BES server. What and where do I change this on the BES server? please help.

Do you have a software configuration / application control policy set on your device? Application Control Policies are an IT Policy associated with a Software Configuration. Check your software configurations ...
