Hello,
I got a lots errors from newly activated user:
<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent BES01 Agent 1 (Application Event Log on BES01.domain.local) | 05/24/2012 15:46:08 (AFFF50F1) -> {user@domain.com} Invalid ETP stream - size=98, transaction=-1490602106, tag=-1416096509, content type=CMIME, cmd=0xfd, relay=network@etp1107.etp.na.blackberry.net
Going to update firmware on the device and reactivate it, will let you know if it helps.

BB has been updated and wiped. User has been removed from BES server and then added and activated.
No more errors.
