I have searched the internet for an answer but none that gives me a definitive answer on the issue im having. Currently one of my users have a Blackberry Bold 9780 and when he flags an email on his phone or vice versa in his Outlook the changes are not made to the other. Currently the Blackberry is setup on our company's BES server and using outlook 2007. Thanks in advance for any help that can be given.
