I am running BES 18.104.22.168 for Lotus Domino (7.0.1), on Windows 2003 Server SP2 Standard Edition.
I recently discovered that the BES Configuration Database was running with MSDE, instead of being on our SQL server. So, I moved the configuration database to the SQL server, using the procedures outlined in this technote. All went well, and the BlackBerry Server Configuration tool reports that it can connect to the SQL server/database, when tested.
Since moving the configuration database from MSDE to SQL, fields such as the Last sent time, Last forwarded time, Last contacted time are not updating within the BlackBerry Manager. Mail, SMS, PIN, MDS and all the other good stuff supplied by the BES are working perfectly, but there are no updates to the aforementioned fields. Even when I force an IT Policy resend to a device, it still shows as Pending.
Any ideas as to why this would be? Have I missed a step in the migration process(es) somewhere? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like Manager is looking at the wrong database.
Double check the settings on it.
