Mobile Fusion MDM

So I have a current bes express server and when I go into the Mobile Fusion webportal I can only see my current besx server and not the mobile fusion MDM.

 

I have sql and mobile fusion/bds installed on the same server.....Am I missing something on the SQL side? I also noticed that when I try to activate my playbook on the new web desktop console I get this message when it says activating...

 

"The BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager is unable to complete this action. Please contact your administrator for more information."

I don't have an answer for you on this, but I''m having trouble opening the web page to manage the fusion software, did you have any problems with this?

I can open the fusion console and it shows all my devices from my current BES Express server but doesnt give me the option to see the newly created fusion server.

 

i didnt have any problems opening the fusion site sorry
