From the BlackBerry

Go to messages > press the menu button > go to options > email settings >folder redirection > make sure all those folders you want to sync are listed here

Keep in mind though, you will only get messages into folders on the BlackBerry going forward, no amount of reconciling will allow you to get all the messages from exchange to your device.

Sorry .- BBhorrigan, When do you say Blackberry are you refered of Blackberry Mobile 8310 curve or Bes server

The phone is teh blackberry

Hi,

1) Please note the folders which wants to display on BB device those should be online folder.

2) From Blackberry enterprise server we need to select those folders for redirection....

U can select those by below...

Click on users account ........click on folder redirection option.....where u will get inbox only or inbox with subfolders...

in subfolders.....select the folders which wants to display................

3) Once done above user will get folders and emails for hence onward communication....................
