All users have been migrated and tomorrow we will move BESAdmin account mailbox to Exch2010.

Sometimes we start getting following error:

Event ID 20000

<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent BES Agent 1 (Application Event Log on BES.domain.com) | 07/24/2012 12:17:06  (AFFF4E20) -> RIM_HrResolveProxysFromDN - ResolveProxyAddressesMAPI failed from -2146762751

Should I fix it now, or wait until BESAdmin will be migrated?

need to know what is going on with the BES MAGT log, windows logs wont tell much.

User 1 is a test user and was moved between Exchange servers from 2007 to 2010. We did not add BESAdmin rights to the new Exchange 2010 environment, user was moved back and forth for testing.

BlackBerry Messaging Agent logs contain the error "RIM_HrResolveProxysFromDN - ResolveProxyAddresses...

BESAdmin mailbox has been migrated to the Exchange 2010, before moving we have to go to BESAdmin account under Users and Computers - security - Advanced - and check "Include inheritable permission...." than we can move mailbox. Then we change MAPI profile to pointed it to the new CASArray. All users stop getting and receiving emails on their BB until we resend IT Policy and Service book. Now everything fine, we can move users mailboxes one by one to the new Exchange 2010.
