Somebody in Blackberry company MUST explain it.
Could BES 5.0.4mr2 work with Exchange 2013? If yes, how could we do that? Where is a detailed installation guide?

Back to black. After a lot of troubles we could get a running system:
- BES Enterprise 5.0.4 MR2 (As i know it the BES Express is not supported as it looks in the Matrix)
If you get now credentials you have to set your Exchange to NTLM Authentication. Because if it's set to negotiation you will get allways prompt for credentials which will not work. Set the Authentication to NTLM and it schould work.
The problem by my envroiment was that they change this after the installation and wasn't able to get a running MAPI Profile. So we decided to reinstall all. Then we couldn't get a MAPI Connection durring the Install. After a lot of tests and restart of the installation we changed the authentication to NTLM on the Exchange Server and everything worked well.
I hope i can help somebody!

Thank you all for your replies!
I changed the authentication to NTLM but the same error.
My log file is similiar to the one of iwguser.
How did you installed the server? In the same way as I described in my first post?
I'll try another clean installation.

Hi yes it is a normal installation. But i will look to get a printscreen of the setting. Because it was not my system, we did the installation for another IT Company.

I set NTLM and the installation process finished.
Now I've the services up and running, but when I open the administration website, I get the following error:
Could not create the Command object com.rim.bes.bas.command.CommandException: CommandException SYSTEM: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: securitymanager not bound: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: securitymanager not bound

Exact same installation problems (thanks for the tips) and currently experiencing the same java exception when trying to launch Admin console. I have an open ticket with RIM, but in the meantime was wondering if you have got past this?

Here the same, I change the authentication and a new server installation solved the problem
Thanks to likriki, not the same to RIM: poor docs for Exchange 2013 installation
