We use BES 18.104.22.168 and BB 9900.
We have a user who is able to receive emails on her BB. On Outlook 2010 it says she has exceeded her quota. Sent emails from her BB are not being received to the recipient, although there is a checkmark beside the sent email. The sent emails are also not showing up in Outlook. I think this is because she has exceeded her quota. How come there is no warning message or alert on the BB when she sends emails? And why is there the checkmark when they are not successfully being sent?
