we have a BES server in the office running version 4.x and have less than 10 users configured in it, however some of the users cannot send/receive emails in their BBs. I check their Outlook and all emails are there but somehow some of it are not being forwarded to the BB
Ex. user1 sends an email to user2 via Outlook. User2 receives email is Outlook but never receives it in the BB
i've checked with our carrier and there seems to be no problem on their side.
as for the settings on the BB, no filters, firewall is not blocking anything, BB is registered, reconcilation via wireless is enabled, default services show the correct desktop account.
on the BES side, deleting and adding 1 user for testing, but i the problem still persists. resending of the IT policies and service dont help as well.
ive even tried a different BB for user2 but he still can't receive emails from user1.
do you guys have any other steps i could try?

Also, we're running Exchange 2007 and i dont see any issues there too since all users can send/receive fine through Outlook and other phones (samsun, apple).

does the email still exist in the users mailbox?
does the user use a apple computer?

yup! as i mentioned, sending/receiving emails via Outlook and other smartphones are ok. i've also check the event logs and i cant find any errors pertaining to the issue, as for the BES logs i dont see the activity for those two users when they send emails to each other.
