My company has a BlackBerry Enterprise Server running version 126.96.36.199. We have 60 users loaded on the server. Every 2 or 3 weeks, one of our users in a remote office will indicate that his unit is no longer receiving emails. He says that this happens after the IT policy is updated. I called RIM but they were not able to determine what the issue is. As a temporary solution, rebooting the server will fix the problem.
Has anyone witnessed this before or does anyone have any suggestions on troubleshooting steps I can take?

I suggest, you make User Reload after changing IT Policies. Also make sure your co-workers have not activated Bluetooth, or changed settings throgh intalling software from third parties!!
