Hi.
I installed Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1.4.17 (the free - 1 license Express version) for Microsoft Exchange and I added one user.
Now I'm trying to activate the user's BlackBerry device, but I'm having some probelms.
The user received the activation password, he made the activation process on his BlackBerry device specifying that password and his corporate e-mail address, he correctly received the activation e-mail message with the .dat attached file (he didn't move or delete that message!) and it seems BES to correctly receive that message, but the user is still after some hours in the "Initializing" status in the BlackBerry Manager.
I uninstalled the Blackberry Desktop Manager from the user's client and I ran the dbclean.exe utility, but I didn't solve the problem.
