I am new to BB professional software. I am looking for the correct way to apply filters to my email. I am getting tons of junk emails. I would like to set my filters to allow certain domains. Please advise.
thanks

I want to keep it from going to my blackberry device. However, I might be interested in the second option. Please advise.
thanks

If you want to filter mail coming to your device, go to Messages > Options > Email Filters
If you'd like to filter mail coming to your mailbox use Outlook to create rules ... which will also prevent items from reaching your BlackBerry depending on how you have folder redirection setup. You could also have rules setup on your mail server to filter spam too; but your email admin would do that.

When you say go to messages, options, filters, is that on the device? I don't see that option on the bold.
I tried setting up filters on blackberry manager on my server for professional software but it seems very complicated. any documents i can reference?

The best way to minimize junk email is to manage it at the server level before it has a chance to make it to your inbox. Your email administrator should be able to set all of this up for you.
You can set your default rule to not send email to handheld, and then create rules to have it send messages that only meet those rules.
